India Post GDS Correction Window 2026: India Post GDS Recruitment 2026 में candidates को application form की last date के बाद 2 days की correction window दी जाएगी। इस window का purpose candidates को अपने submitted registration/application form में हुई गलतियों को edit या modify करने का मौका देना है। हालांकि, correction केवल prescribed period के अंदर ही की जा सकती है।

India Post GDS Correction Window 2026 समाप्त होने के बाद application form में किसी भी प्रकार का correction या modification allowed नहीं होगा। Department ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इसके बाद correction के लिए post, fax, email या by hand किसी भी माध्यम से भेजी गई request स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

इसके अलावा, अगर candidate correction window के दौरान form में changes करता है लेकिन उसे prescribed time के अंदर final submit नहीं करता, तो किए गए सभी modifications null and void माने जाएंगे। ऐसी स्थिति में merit पहले successfully submitted application में दिए गए details के आधार पर तय की जाएगी।

Fee से जुड़ा Important Rule

अगर candidate ने initial application के समय application fee जमा कर दी थी और correction/resubmission के दौरान उसकी category ऐसी हो जाती है जिससे वह fee-exempt हो जाता है, तो पहले जमा की गई application fee refund नहीं की जाएगी। इसलिए candidates को correction window का इस्तेमाल carefully करना चाहिए और final submission से पहले personal details, category, educational details, preferences और fee status को अच्छी तरह verify कर लेना चाहिए।

India Post GDS Recruitment 2026 में candidates को application form की last date के बाद 2 days का Edit/Correction Window दिया जाएगा। इस दौरान successfully submitted application में eligible details को modify किया जा सकता है।

GDS Application Correction करने के Steps:

1. सबसे पहले GDS Online Engagement Portal पर जाएं।
2. अपने Registration Number और required credentials से login करें।
3. Edit/Correction option पर click करें।
4. अपने submitted application form को carefully check करें।
5. जिन details में correction की जरूरत है, उन्हें modify करें।
6. अगर correction के कारण आपकी category change होती है और application fee payable हो जाती है, तो prescribed fee जमा करें।
7. Modified application का preview देखें और सभी details verify करें।
8. Application को final submit/resubmit करें।
9. Final submitted application का printout या copy future reference के लिए सुरक्षित रखें।

Important Note

एक बार corrected application को successfully resubmit करने के बाद further correction का मौका नहीं मिलेगा। इसलिए final submission से पहले सभी details carefully check करें।

अगर candidate correction शुरू करता है लेकिन correction window के अंदर modified application को final submit नहीं करता, तो किए गए changes null and void माने जाएंगे और merit पहले submitted application की details के आधार पर तैयार होगी।

Correction window समाप्त होने के बाद post, fax, email या by hand correction की कोई request Department द्वारा स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।
