IFFCO Management Trainees Educational qualification

Minimum percentage and age criteria for IFFCO Management Trainees

• General/OBC: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree.
• SC/ST: Minimum 55% aggregate marks.
• Maximum age: 25 years as on 30 April 2026, with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC‑non‑creamy‑layer.

Stipend and benefits

• During the 1‑year training, the total monthly stipend (including HRA, canteen, washing, PF etc.) is approximately ₹55,000.

Selection process for IFFCO Management Trainees

1. Computer‑based online test (conducted by IFFCO based on number of applicants).
2. Personal interview for candidates shortlisted on the basis of the online test.
3. Medical examination as per IFFCO’s medical standards for finally short‑listed candidates before final selection.

Application and language requirement
