The Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi has invited applications from eligible students belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories under the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana (JBMPVY). The scheme aims to provide free coaching and financial assistance to deserving students preparing for various competitive examinations across India.

Through this initiative, the Delhi Government seeks to ensure that talented students from economically weaker backgrounds have access to quality coaching and guidance for government jobs, professional courses, and technical recruitment examinations.

The scheme provides coaching support for a wide range of examinations, including:

The Delhi Government has already issued necessary directions to all empanelled coaching institutes participating in the scheme.

• Eligible students can receive coaching free of cost from any empanelled coaching institute approved under the scheme.
• Students may also choose a non-empanelled coaching institute and claim fee reimbursement as per the prescribed limits.

Eligibility Criteria for Jai Bheem Mukhyamantri Yojana Relaunched 2026

To avail the benefits of the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

• Must be a resident of Delhi.
• Must belong to the SC, ST, OBC, or EWS category.
• Annual family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh.
• Must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from schools located in Delhi.
• Must satisfy the eligibility requirements of the specific examination for which coaching is sought.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable
• Income Certificate
• EWS Certificate, where applicable

Application Process for Jai Bheem Mukhyamantri Yojana Relaunched 2026

Through Empanelled Coaching Institutes

Students can directly apply to the empanelled coaching institute of their choice in the prescribed application format. Admission will be granted based on eligibility criteria and availability of seats. After enrollment, the coaching institute will submit the list of admitted students to the concerned department within seven days of the commencement of classes.

Through Non-Empanelled Coaching Institutes

Students wishing to study in a non-empanelled institute can submit their applications in the prescribed format, clearly mentioning the coaching centre they intend to join.
