AIIMS CRE 4 Admit Card 2025
The admit card will be out for the exam starting from 22 December to 24 December 2025. The Common Recruitment Examination (Group B and C posts) is expected to be released by December 19, 2025, on the official website aiimsexams.ac.in.

Follow these steps once available:
- Visit aiimsexams.ac.in and navigate to the “Recruitment” or “Admit Card” section.
- Select the AIIMS CRE 4 (Advt. No. relevant to 2025 cycle) link.
- Enter Candidate ID or Mobile Number, Password, and submit to view and download the PDF.
Key Details and Instructions
The admit card contains candidate details, exam date/time, venue, and instructions; print a color copy and carry with valid photo ID. Verify all information upon download and report errors immediately
How to download the admit card
- Visit the official AIIMS exam website at aiimsexams.ac.in.
- Navigate to the “Recruitment” or “Admit Card” section on the homepage.
- Click on the link for “AIIMS CRE 4 Admit Card 2025.”
- Enter your Candidate ID or Mobile Number and your Password in the login fields.
- Submit the details to proceed.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download the admit card PDF and take multiple printouts to carry to the exam hall.
The AIIMS CRE admit card displays key personal and exam details including candidate’s full name, roll/registration number, date of birth, gender, category (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), photograph, and signature.

It lists exam date, shift timing, reporting time, venue address, and contact information for updates.
Reporting Errors on AIIMS CRE Admit Card
Check all details like name, Candidate ID, photo, DOB, and exam info immediately after download; discrepancies must be reported via the official “My Page” on aiimsexams.ac.in.
Correction Steps
- Log into your candidate dashboard (My Page) using Candidate ID and password.
- Raise a query under the discrepancy section, providing your registration details, exact error description, and supporting documents (e.g., Aadhaar for name/DOB mismatch).
- Submit the request promptly; AIIMS will review and issue corrections if valid before exam day
