HSSC स्टेनो टाइपिस्ट (Steno-Typist) योग्यता पद के अनुसार (Advt. No. 03/2026 के आधार पर)
हरियाणा स्टाफ सेलेक्शन कमीशन (HSSC) ने ग्रुप-C स्टेनोग्राफर/स्टेनो टाइपिस्ट पदों के लिए भर्ती निकाली है (कुल लगभग 1759 पद, कुछ स्रोतों में बढ़ोतरी के बाद 1952 तक)। यह भर्ती HSSC CET Group-C क्वालिफाई उम्मीदवारों के लिए है।

सामान्य योग्यता (सभी पदों के लिए कॉमन)
- आयु सीमा (01 जनवरी 2026 के अनुसार): 18 से 42 वर्ष (आरक्षित वर्गों को छूट नियम अनुसार – SC/BC 5 वर्ष, PwD 10 वर्ष तक अधिकतम 52 वर्ष आदि)।
- CET योग्यता: Haryana CET Group-C परीक्षा पास होना अनिवार्य है।
- हिंदी/संस्कृत: मैट्रिक या उच्च शिक्षा में हिंदी या संस्कृत विषय होना चाहिए।
- शैक्षिक योग्यता बेसिक: 10+2 (12वीं) / 10+2 फर्स्ट डिवीजन / 10+2 वोकेशनल / ग्रेजुएशन / ग्रेजुएशन 60% या समकक्ष किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड/यूनिवर्सिटी से।

पद के अनुसार विस्तृत योग्यता (शॉर्टहैंड और टाइपिंग स्पीड मुख्य अंतर)
HSSC की हालिया भर्ती (2026) में स्टेनो/स्टेनो टाइपिस्ट पद मुख्य रूप से निम्न हैं। योग्यता पद के अनुसार अलग-अलग होती है:
Category 1
Category 1 includes Economic & Statistical Analysis, Employment, Excise & Taxation, Fisheries, Labour, Prosecution, Registrar Cooperative Societies, Skill Development and Industrial Training, Haryana, Welfare of SC & BC
10+2/10+2 1st Division/10+2 Vocational/Graduation/Graduation with 60% or its equivalent from a recognised board/university.
Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistake should not exceed 8%)
Category 2
Note Category No. 2 includes Administrator General & Official Trustee and Treasurer Charitable Endowments, Haryana.
Agriculture, Architecture, Chief Electrical Inspector, Civil Aviation Department, Economic & Statistical Analysis, Food & Drugs (Admn.),
Food & Supplies, Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation,
Health, Irrigation & Water Resources, Kurukshetra Development Board, Labour, Local Audit, Public Health Engineering, PWD (B&R),
Rural Development, Department, Secondary Education, Skill Development and Industrial Training, Haryana, Sports & Youth Affairs, Transport Department (Regulatory Wing), Urban Local Bodies, Women & Child Development.
Qualification
- 10+2/10+2 1st Division/10+2 Vocational/Graduation/Graduation with 60% or its equivalent from a recognised board/university.
- English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and
- Mistakes should not exceed 8%
(ii) Graduate. Marks 60% or above with 1 year experience with minimum typing speed in English of 35 words per minute on Computer
And Shorthand speed 80 words per minute or typing speed in Hindi 30 words per minute on Computer and Shorthand 64 words per minute.
Category 3
Category No. 3 includes Haryana Seeds Devlopment Corporation Limited, Hospitality Organisation Haryana, Local Audit,
Skill Development and Industrial Training, Haryana, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporations Ltd
Qualification
10+2/10+2 1st Division/10+2 Vocational/Graduation/Graduation with 60% or its equivalent from a recognised board/university.
(English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.)
Graduate (IInd Division) with English Shorthand/Typewriting speed at 100/40 w.p.m. respectively with 5 yrs. relevant experience.
Graduated from a recognized University.
iShould have passed a competitive test held by the Corporation at the time of recruitment at a minimum speed of 100 WPM in shorthand and 40 WPM in typewriting. iii)Minimum 2 yrs.
Experience as a steno-typist.
Category 4
Excise & Taxation, Irrigation and water resources, Prosecution, Secondary Education
Qualification10+2/10+2 1st Division/10+2 Vocational/Graduation/Graduation with 60% or its equivalent from a recognised board/university.

- सभी पदों पर स्किल टेस्ट (Stenography & Typing Test) अनिवार्य है।
- चयन प्रक्रिया: CET स्कोर पर शॉर्टलिस्टिंग → CET Mains (यदि लागू) → स्किल टेस्ट → डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन।
- सैलरी: FPL-2 से FPL-6 (पद अनुसार, लगभग ₹25,000 से ₹61,000+ तक)।
