JEE Main 2027 Seats
You must know that 10 per cent of the seats are reserved for candidates who have appeared in the JEE Main 2027 and achieved the AIR.
If I appeared in the JEE Main, will it be enough for BTech Admission?
It is up to you; you can appear for JEE Main 2027 or WBJEE 2027. If you appear for WBJEE 2027, you are amongst the 85 percent of students who can get admission in BTech colleges.
WBJEE 2027 Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17 years
- No upper age limit for most courses.
- Certain programmes may have specific upper age requirements.
WBJEE 2027 Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme
- The Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme is offered by the Government of West Bengal to support meritorious students from economically weaker families. To be eligible, candidates must be domiciled in West Bengal and have an annual family income of less than ₹2.5 lakh. Under this scheme, only the tuition fee is waived, while students are required to pay all other applicable fees.

WBJEE 2027 Application Form Process
Step 1: Online Registration
Visit the official application portal and create a new account using your name, mobile number, email ID, and other basic details. After successful registration, you will receive login credentials or a registration number.
Step 2: Fill Application Form
Log in with your credentials and complete the application form by entering your personal information, educational qualifications, category, address, and other required details. Review all entries carefully before proceeding.
Step 3: Upload Photograph & Signature
Upload your recent passport-size photograph and scanned signature in the prescribed format, size, and dimensions mentioned in the notification. Ensure the images are clear and meet the specified requirements.
- Photograph: Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph (typically 10 KB–200 KB, in JPG/JPEG format).
- Signature: Upload a scanned signature in black ink on white paper (typically 4 KB–30 KB, in JPG/JPEG format).
Step 4: Pay Application Fee
Complete the application process by paying the required fee through the available online payment methods such as debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Save the payment receipt for future reference.
Step 5: Submit Form
After verifying all the entered details and uploaded documents, click on the Submit button to complete your application. Once submitted, you may not be able to make further changes.
Step 6: Download Confirmation Page
After successful submission and fee payment, download and print the confirmation page or completed application form. Keep it safely as proof of successful application and for future admission or recruitment processes.
Note: The photograph and signature must be uploaded together during the application process.
