UPSC CMS Admit Card 2026 Released; Exam on August 2

he Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the e-Admit Card for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination 2026. Candidates appearing for the examination scheduled on Sunday, August 2, 2026, can now download their admit cards from the official UPSC online portal.

The Commission has clarified that no paper admit cards will be issued, and candidates must carry a printed copy of the e-Admit Card to the examination centre. Candidates who fail to produce the printed admit card at the allotted venue will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry the original Photo Identity Card whose number is mentioned on the e-Admit Card. This ID proof is mandatory for verification during each examination session.

Candidates whose photograph on the e-Admit Card is unclear or blurred must bring the following documents:

  • The original Photo ID card.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs (one for each examination session), which will be affixed to the undertaking provided at the examination centre.

UPSC has advised candidates to carefully read all the Important Instructions printed on the e-Admit Card before the examination. The admit card should also be preserved until the final result of the CMS Examination 2026 is declared.

In case of any discrepancy or error in the e-Admit Card, candidates should immediately inform the Commission by sending an email to soe13.upsc@gov.in for necessary action.
