Cut Copy Paste and Larry Tesler – Computer scientist Larry Tesler, who devised the command to cut, copy, and paste (CUT, COPY, PASTE) into the computer, has passed away. He was 74. Tessler began working in Silicon Valley in the early 1960s. This was a period when computers were far from the reach of most people.

This discovery of Tesler made it much easier for people to use personal computers. Xerox tweeted and paid tribute to Tesler. He worked for a long time at the American company Xerox.
