The ranking of the emerging colleges was done based on a consolidated score focused on the following key parameters:

Performance in the NIRF ranking of the college over the past four years (2020–2023). The focus was to identify the colleges that are showing an improvement trend in the ranking.

Top MBA Colleges NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) is a ranking methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank institutions of higher education in India

• NAAC grade received by the College of Top MBA Colleges

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is a government organization in India that assesses and accredits Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)

The admissions process is competitive. The selection process used by the college (JEE/state/internal admission test scores)

Placement performance. The percentage of students placed and the average salary offered for the batch of 2022. The year 2022 was considered as several colleges have not yet published details regarding the placement of 2023.

Please note that IITs and NITs were not considered for the engineering emerging colleges ranking. For MBA college ranking, IIMs, while for pharmacy, NIPER colleges have not been considered.
