Tsedcet 2024 exam date released

TSEdCET 2024 exam date released: The exam dates are released by the conducting authority of the B.Ed. entrance exam will be conducted on May 23, 2024 (Sunday) by Mahatma Gandhi University. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test and can fill out the application form online. The application form will be released in March 2024

TS EdCET Eligibility 2024

Nationality

• You should be an Indian National
• It is important to satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as specified in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974

Age limit

• A minimum of 19 years of age as of July 1 of the year in which TSEdCET notification is out
• There is no upper age limit required to appear for the TSEdCET exam

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have a Graduation degree in any stream such as BA/ BSc/ BSc (Home Science)/ BCom/ BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BBM or post-graduation in the relevant subject or five-year integrated course in the relevant subject of methodology or any other equivalent qualification
• Percentage- At least 50 per cent aggregate marks. For the SC/ ST/ BC (A/B/C/D/E)/ PH category minimum mark required in the qualifying exam is 40 per cent.
• Candidates securing a minimum of 55% marks in BE/ BTech with Science/Mathematics as one of the subjects or any other equivalent qualification are also eligible to apply

Who is not Eligible?

MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BL/ LLB/ BA (Languages)/ BOL and any other such professional course are not eligible for BEd admissions via TSEdCET

Admit Card

The admit card will be released online only candidates will be able to download it by entering their user id and password

Result

After the exam is over the result is declared online only. Candidates who score 25 per cent (38 Marks) will be declared qualified

TS EdCET rank card: The authority releases the rank card. candidates can download their TSEdCET 2024 rank card from the official website of the exam.
