The TS LAWCET 2024 exam date notification has been announced. Osmania University, Hyderabad, will conduct the TS LAWCET 2024 examination on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education.
The exam dates for both TS LAWCET and PGLCET will be conducted on June 3, 2024. The registration process may start in the first week of March 2024, and notification will be released on February 28, 2024

This is a state-level entrance test. This entrance exam is organized to offer admission to three-year and five-year UG law courses every year. Various colleges in Telangana state give admission to law courses based on TS LAWCET scores.

Eligibility for the TS Lawcet Application:
You should be Indian. Candidates will have to satisfy the local/unreserved status requirement as laid down by the universities of Telangana State.

Exam Pattern
· Examination Mode: computer-based mode.
· Duration: Allotted time of 90 minutes to solve the question paper.
· Language: Both English & Telugu or English & Urdu.
· Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions.
· Sections: The exam will contain three sections, i.e., General Knowledge & Mental Ability, Aptitude for the Study of Law, and Current Affairs.
· Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for each correct answer.
· Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking for wrong answers
Ranking
The candidates will be ranked in order of merit based on the marks obtained in the TS LAWCET
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPEAR FOR TS PGLCET-2023
Candidates who hold an LL.B./B.L. 3/5 year degree on the date of application are eligible, and candidates who have appeared/appeared for the LL.B./B.L. final year examination are also eligible. A candidate appearing for LLB/BL degree examinations may take the TSPGLCET in anticipation of results. However, he/she must have passed at the time of counselling.
QUALIFYING MARKS FOR TS PGLCET-2023
The qualifying percentage of marks in the entrance test is 25% (i.e., 30 marks out of a total of 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying mark for S.C. & S.T. candidates for ranking.
Ranking: PGLCET 2024
The candidates will be ranked as per the total marks obtained in the entrance test. If there is a tie in total marks, the marks obtained in Part A of the Entrance Test will be considered for awarding the rank. If the tie persists, they may be bracketed together for ranking, and seniority in age may be considered at the time of admission.
